I joined the Seoul Beauty Travel Week this year, and for the first time in my life, I tried yoga and meditation at Namsangol Hanok Village.
I signed up for two different sessions,
and during the break, I took a short walk around the village.
The leaves were starting to turn red for autumn, and it was absolutely beautiful 🍁
After finishing both programs, I felt my tired body and mind finally start to heal.
It was exactly what I needed!
