Mike Ward’s practice blends modern science (neuroscience and CBT), physiological and lifestyle-focused methods (nutrition and exercise) with traditional therapeutic techniques (EMDR, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness,) to help individuals manage and reduce anxiety symptoms.
Additionally to support clients in treatment, technology is also deployed at the appropriate time of treatment. This can include Virtual reality exposure therapy (VRET) and alpha stim technology for clients to use at home.

La práctica de Mike Ward combina la ciencia moderna (neurociencia y TCC), métodos fisiológicos y centrados en el estilo de vida (nutrición y ejercicio) con técnicas terapéuticas tradicionales (EMDR, psicoterapia, hipnoterapia y mindfulness) para ayudar a las personas a gestionar y reducir los síntomas de la ansiedad.
Además, para apoyar a los clientes durante el tratamiento, se incorpora tecnología en el momento adecuado del proceso terapéutico. Esto puede incluir terapia de exposición mediante realidad virtual (VRET) y tecnología Alpha-Stim para que los clientes la utilicen en casa.
