In this talk, Dr. Nathalie Aelterman explains the Teaching Compass framework and how educators can use it to understand their motivational style and foster student engagement and well-being.
Dr. Aelterman, a CSDT International Scholar and professor at Ghent University, has been central to developing the Compass and co-authored the Oxford Handbook of SDT chapter on its circumplex model.
