Gratitude is crucial in addiction recovery because it rewires the brain for positivity, boosting resilience, reducing stress, and strengthening relationships, helping individuals focus on progress over problems and preventing relapse by fostering appreciation for sobriety and a healthier life.

God loves you. Allow the love of God to flow through you. Once we know that we are loved, it helps us to move pass the shame of addiction. The enemy or the devil wants us to wallow in regret and shame But God loves you and is rooting for you to succeed.

You have to believe that you can do it even if you haven’t been successful in the past.

In Mark 9:23, Jesus says, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."
