The candidate should be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers who visit the bank branch. This role ensures smooth customer service by handling inquiries, guiding customers to the appropriate departments, and providing support with basic banking procedures. Job Responsibilities:-
Welcome and assist customers visiting the bank.
Guide customers to the appropriate counters or departments.
Provide information about digital banking services and procedures.
Help customers fill out forms and applications.
Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
Report customer issues or concerns to bank staff.
Provide information about ATM card use.
Maintain confidentiality and follow bank rules.

Qualifications Requirement:-
Graduation and Computer Knowledge.
Age:- 21 to 30 yrs.
Experience:- Minimum 3 years, and also Freshers can apply for this job
Must have experience in banking.
Demonstrated good communication skills and basic computer handling.
Experienced in a banking finance department or other finance industry.
Experienced in assisting customers with banking queries and guiding them to appropriate service counters.
Managed customer flow and maintained smooth service operations at the help desk.
