The best appetizer, traditional Armenian Basturma, ( cured meat) made out of beef tender loin. It takes few weeks to make it but it is very tasty.
Here is the Fenugreek spread recipe
1 cup fenugreek seeds powder
1 cup paprika
4 tsp. cuman
2 tsp. black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
5 cloves of pressed garlic
1.5 tbsp. flour
Approx. 2 cups of water
