Buying a Condo in Bangkok central What US $100,000 can get near a BTS Station Sky train

Today we visited a condo in Bangkok near a major BTS station Punnawithi Bangkok not very far from where we live about 7 Kilometres from The centre of Bangkok
Now the girl who owns the Condo says its 3.5 Million in value a fairly big one bedroom condo with two rooms and she’s got a very nice balcony view right across Bangkok central
The further away from Bangkok you get the cheaper the condos are and there are condos maybe not even a kilometre away from this going for 1 Million but it’s all about location, location in Bangkok
This Cando is a very, very close to the Bangkok Central and being mixed with BTS station Between Punnawithi BTS and Udom Suk BTS its worth a lot of money so don’t go by the price of the Condo being to much and there are cheaper because there not this is what you are going to pay

What’s it worth now but 3.5 million for a condo in that area is roughly that what it is so if you want to live close to Bangkok Central this is what you going to pay
I mean yeah you can find cheaper around but not at this price and location and not anywhere near the BTS stations but I’ve got to say Bing next to the BTS and being up a few flights. The views you look at are very good. In all its not a bad spot keep yourself busy of a night watching the BTS as it goes past and Bangkok doing what it does of a night time good stuff.

it is its location that’s the expensive part of the exercise but not everybody cup of tea and Paying 3.5 million for a condo is really not what I would be doing I guess but let’s go and have a look at it anyway.
I got to get something to eat first and then go to the condo.
