Borough is building a communication platform for municipal governments that personalizes how towns connect with their residents.

Gen Z and millennials are not engaging in the civic process. A big reason why is that the technology is outdated. Borough wants to change that by making local government communications modern, relevant, and personalized so residents actually know what decisions are being made on topics that matter to them.

A Northeastern grad who's called Boston home for 15 years, Yuvraj's immigrant experience shaped how he sees the problem: navigating local government systems is hard enough without outdated tools making it worse.

Borough is in its early stages at C10 Labs and already leveraging AI mentorship to find the right wedges for their product.
