Baldy (Peter Francis) wants to fight Carlin (Ray Winstone). Carlin goes to the boiler house where two of Baldys lookouts are outside the door.
Carlin walks through the building where Baldy is standing ready to fight. Carlin says "Where's yer tool?" Baldy is then smashed in the face with a pipe Carlin concealed under his jacket.
Carlin tells Baldy he can run B Wing, but Carlin gives the orders. Carlin hits him again and then walks away.
