Second BHG Watt Meter Same Problem?

I got my second watt meter and this one seems to have maybe the same issue but even worse. This one isn't showing any impedance at all basically. The current is way up and the readings are all off. Not sure what is going on here.
Shipping is a nightmare this year so it may be weeks before I have one of these working. I'm super sad. I can only guess that I must have switched the clamp and volt plugs and broke them both or something. I tried to be extremely careful but you never know how stupid I may be.
