Can Isabelle Sparkle just at age 7 run to the standard required for entry into the UK Police service. This test is a 15 meter test using the police bleep test (provided by their website) The aim was to see if she could at her current fitness level achieve this requirement.
We went to an empty carpark, measured up 15 metres, set the timer going and went for it. We had to use a phone to play the beeps but couldnt hear the level notifications so we had no idea how she had done until the end.
