POPCORN CHICKEN WRAP WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Flour 1 ½ cup
Baking soda a pinch
Clarified butter 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Boneless chicken cubes 500 gm
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili sauce 1 tbsp
Green chili sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Corn flour 5 tbsp
Mayonnaise as required
Iceberg lettuce as needed
Chopped tomatoes in small cubes as required
Readymade tortillas 5

METHOD :
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients with a little water if needed, and leave it for 1 hour. Mix together 2 tbsp corn flour and 1 cup flour with a pinch of salt, coat the chicken cubes well with this pressing well, dip each piece in water for a second, coat again in flour mixture, and deep fry on medium heat till golden crisp.

TO ASSEMBLE :
Take a tortilla, put some sliced icebergs, chopped tomatoes, few pieces of fried popcorn chicken, drizzle with mayonnaise, and wrap tightly, slightly grill on tawa or sandwich griller till slightly golden, and serve hot.


BAKED CHICKEN PASTA WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Chicken chopped 500 gm
Onion chopped 1
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Green chili sauce 4 tbsp
Red chili sauce 4 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Flour 5 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese ½ cup
Pasta any shape 500 gm

METHOD :
Heat ¼ cup oil, fry chopped onion with 1 tbsp chopped garlic until transparent, add sauces, crushed red pepper, and oregano with chopped chicken, cook till done, add in boiled pasta, mix, and keep aside. Make garlic sauce by heating 2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped garlic, black pepper, salt, oregano, and flour, fry on low heat, gradually add water and milk, mix well, and cook till thick, add both the grated cheese, keep aside. In an oven tray put the cooked pasta, layer it with garlic sauce, both the grated cheese on top, sprinkle oregano and crushed red pepper, bake for 15 mins on 10 D, and serve hot.
