We're making some amazing laser cut hand mirrors to promote our TroGlass Mirror acrylics product line. For this we are using our Trotec Speedy 360 flexx laser cutting machine.
Mirror set no. 1: "Stained Glass" mirrors using rose gold acrylic on one side, and our TroGlass Colour Gloss acrylics on the other. We're using acrylic inlaying techniques to make our design.
Mirror set no. 2: This one is made from laser engraved mirrored acrylic, with a front and back layers of acrylics and wood which are photo engraved designs.
Mirror set no. 3: Here we are using a CO2 and a fiber laser on mirrored acrylic for different effects. A Trotec flexx machine with both laser sources can engrave with its fiber laser and cut with its CO2 laser.

**LASER SETTINGS**
Laser: Trotec Speedy 360 FLEXX (CO2 and Fiber) - 80w
CO2 Engraving: 65 power, 100 speed, -0.12 z-offset
Fiber Engraving: 40 power, 100 speed
CO2 Cutting: 100 power, 0.8 speed
