A winter storm brought snow, sleet, and freezing rain to southeast Texas on Monday, with temperatures dipping into the teens and wind chills in the single digits. The winter storm warning originally in place for Monday night until 6 p.m. has been dropped. Most of the Houston area has been placed under a new winter storm warning from 12 a.m. Wednesday until 6 a.m. Thursday. The winter storm warning is only in place for College Station, Houston, Pasadena and Sugar Land.
