You have to choose stance with your favorite weapon you want to see in different stance. For example BR75. We all love this rifle. Equip it and you need to add different pose to favorites. This pose will use BR75. After this press escape to return to SPARTAN ID menu. Now you need to change filters. Set them to show only your favorite stance and apply. Remember to have only one stance in favorites.
This trick only wokrs in main menu. You you can't do it with rotated stance and you won't see different weapon after game.
