CHOCOLATE PEANUT STARS
Ingredients
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
¾ cup salted crushed peanuts
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter + for greasing
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Edible colourful sprinklers for sprinkling
Method
1. Take crushed peanuts in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and peanut butter and mix till well combined.
2. Flatten the peanut mixture on the worktop to make a thick sheet and cut into stars using a small star cookie cutter. Transfer on a plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Take dark chocolate in a microwave proof bowl and melt in microwave for 1 minute.
4. Coat the peanut stars with melted chocolate, place on a rack and sprinkle some colourful sprinklers on top. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or till chocolate sets.
5. Serve.
