The Bell had its clapper tied and the sound was simulated using abel bell simulator.
Emmanuel weighs 82cwt (4 tonnes) and strikes the note Ab. It was cast in 1939 by Mears and Stainbank of the Whitechapel Bellfoundry, London; but, like the rest of the peal, it was not rung until after the war in 1951.
