Описание: VOR Approach using GPS. A VOR (Very High Frequency Omni-Directional Range) approach uses short-range (green needle) navigation. However, you can use long-range navigation GPS (blue needle). VORs and NDBs (non-directional beacons) are being slowly phased out in favor of more precise means of navigation (GPS). Until these facilities are phased out, you should "monitor" the VOR (or NDB) facility. This video will show you how.
