In this video, I break down 3 bodyweight exercises I use with fighters to develop real explosive power — without relying on gym machines or heavy weights.
These aren’t generic exercises. Each movement is modified with intent, timing, and boxing-specific mechanics to help you transfer power from the ground, through the body, and into your punches.
