It’s time for Chip’s first swimming lesson, along with the rest of the Happy Hoppers! Chip is afraid to get in the pool at first, but with a little encouragement from Nico and Miss Plunge, she’s soon doing laps of the pool with her kickboard right next to Nico! But then the time comes to jump in without her kickboard, which is pretty scary for a little pug. She’s not sure she’s ready to take the plunge.
Chip wants to help Spud with his homework assignment—painting an ancient Egyptian scene—but he won’t let her. When she gets up in the middle of the night to get Potato a snack, she tries to surprise him by finishing the last few strokes for him—but ends up spilling water all over the painting! Chip feels terrible—now Spud can’t hand in his homework, and it’s all her fault.
Lovable pug Chip starts kindergarten, makes new friends and tries new things — with a little help from Potato, her secret mouse pal.
