On March 15th 2025, I was able to access this part of Pacific Palisades while the rest of the city remains off-limits until April 30th. This area is well known for hiking and biking, though these activities are not officially permitted for the time being. I wanted to fly over this famous home for two reasons: first, it gained recognition for being featured in the TV series Succession; and second, it is reportedly the most expensive home in Pacific Palisades, with a staggering price tag of $125 million. And it burnt to the ground on January 11th 2025.

LE 15 MARS 2025, J’ai pu accéder à cette partie de Pacific Palisades alors que le reste de la ville reste interdit d’accès jusqu’au 30 avril. Cette zone est bien connue pour la randonnée et le vélo, bien que ces activités ne soient pas officiellement autorisées à l'heure actuelle. Je voulais survoler cette maison célèbre pour deux raisons : premièrement, elle a gagné en notoriété après avoir été présentée dans la série télévisée Succession ; deuxièmement, elle serait la maison la plus chère de Pacific Palisades, avec un prix vertigineux de 125 millions de dollars. Et elle a été réduite en cendres le 11 janvier 2025.
