Activist, writer, blogger, author of the documentary "Women's bodies" and co-author of the book of the same title published by Feltrinelli, puts forward a strong complaint of how women have been represented in Italian television over the last thirty years. Lorella has contributed to the development of a collective awareness by women's associations, politicians, citizens and students on this topic. Lorella Zanardo, a former manager at an international level presently collaborates with Italian schools stimulating active citizenship among the youngest generation.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
