This winter in Porto has been filled with rain, storms, and quiet days indoors. During times like these, I find myself returning to old journal entries — memories of slow, sunny days that remind me how important it is to pause and simply live.
In this video, I’m sharing some of those days.
We start with a quiet morning at a coffee shop, followed by a visit to one of my favorite independent bookstores in Porto and then have quiet time in Palácio de Cristal.
On another day, we visit the Serralves Summer Festival, walk through the park, and later go to the ocean to spend the rest of the day by the water.
The next day, we explore the Museum of Natural History and Science and walk through the beautiful Botanical Garden, surrounded by trees and plants.
And on the last day, I attend a booknik — a picnic where people gather together to read books, share quiet moments, and enjoy being present.
This video is about slow living, books, museums, nature, and finding peace in everyday life in Porto.
Thank you for watching!
