Commodore 64 Longplay (SSI) Death Knights Of Krynn 1991

This is a game i played to completion on the Amiga and i think on the C64 back in the day. I hardly remember the game and i used the official cluebook for the longplay. I also used save states, and no other cheats.

This game had a number of mini adventures on the world map, that encouraged exploration. There is even one that opens up in the most upper left left corner that was designed by the primary designer at SSI as a bonus once you complete the campaign. I have not included it here as its entirely optional.

Playing this again after all those years, i have to say was still quite enjoyable. Just most of the spells that are included in the game never have to be used.

Also, while fighting the undead, i didnt realise that the wights can drain 1 level off a character , which is permanent. Only able to restore them at a temple but that still puts you back to the beginning of your prior level, and wiping excess experience points. Clerics do not have the spell in this game (they do in part 3), and its rather annoying to fight spectres/vampires etc.

Part 3 never was made on the C64 due to memory constraints.

The sound can be out of sync at times due to me frequently using the warp command in the emulator. This basically makes the game run up to 5 times faster when playing, but it still records correctly at normal speed. Just for some reason the sound does not sync up. Anyone know a fix? A different codec?
