Описание: Power BI and more recently also Microsoft Fabric are usually accessed via the web UI that provides a lot of functionality. However, for a lot of tasks, this UI is very cumbersome and not user-friendly.

To mitigate this, Microsoft provides different APIs to interact with the service(s) programmatically. Power BI Studio and Fabric Studio are two Visual Studio Code extensions heavily leveraging those APIs allowing you to easily navigate your workspaces and items and execute the most common actions.

Both extensions also have a notebook feature which allows you to run arbitrary API calls directly from VSCode with the help of Intellisense and the integration of other VSCode extensions. In this session, you will see the demo of both extensions and show what is already possible today and how you can get the most out of the Power BI and Fabric REST APIs.
