According to the last census, 93.8% of the Welsh population are white. But that didn't stop Senedd member Jane Dodds asking why the majority of headteachers are of that ethnicity. Seriously.

Answering Dodds' question, Dean Pymble, of taxpayer funded charity "Show Racism The Red Card", implied "racism" was the reason. Referring to the "negative experience" of black pupils within school, he questioned whether "racist incidents" are being treated well.

Given that the overwhelming majority of the Welsh population are white, it's worrying Dodds felt the need to even ask the question. And it's frankly shocking that a representative of a "charity" funded by Senedd members suggested that "racism" may be the reason why the majority of headteachers in a white majority country would be white.

The entire exchange shows how anti-white discrimination is so rife within Welsh public life. It's caused by a toxic mindset which needs rooting out. Initiatives like the Senedd's Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan are responsible. They need to go.

Dodds will be well known to our followers, after refusing to back an inquiry into child sex abuse on the ludicrous grounds that she disliked the term "grooming gangs". Ridiculous.
