Agent 47 has been contracted by a reclusive client known only as Locksley to stop the plans of Liberation, a doomsday cult masquerading as a self-help group, which is planning an attack in Bangkok.

The cult's leader, Oybek Nabazov is currently hosting an art exhibit at the Himmapan Hotel, which also serves as a means to induct new members into his cult. 47 must infiltrate the hotel and eliminate Nabazov, as well as his second-in-command, Sister Yulduz.

47 agrees to infiltrate Don Yates' retirement party, and eliminate both targets.
