Favorite Pinoy Sandwiches

Описание: I have been doing tutorials on Korean sandwiches, so today I decided to make Pinoy Style Sandwiches. Well, these are the sandwiches my late mom would make for us to bring to school or to eat after school. My mom was very creative when it came to making sandwiches. I am sharing with you a few of my favorites. I used my mom's recipes as a base but I have changed it a bit to adapt to the modern palate as well as my own personal preference.
Please feel free to take out or to add in any ingredient that you wish.
I miss my mom very much. She was a hands-on mom. Recreating her many recipes help me to stay connected to her forever. I hope you will enjoy these recipes and your children will make these for their children too!
