Today I’m spending a perfect day at Universal Orlando. The day starts with a visit to Loews Portofino Bay Hotel to hang out by the pool and enjoy the resort before heading over to Islands of Adventure to ride one of my favorite attractions, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. Sometimes the best Universal days are the simple ones, good weather, good rides, and just enjoying everything the parks have to offer.
