Speaking in Puri, Patra described the milestone as a historic moment for Indian democracy and said PM Modi has surpassed the long-standing record of Jawaharlal Nehru.

Patra also highlighted special prayers and rituals at the Jagannath Temple led by Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, dedicated to PM Modi's health, long life, and the prosperity of 1.4 billion Indians. He said the prayers were also for the vision of a developed India under PM Modi's leadership.
