**4K** Alfred Wainwright's 192 mile, Coast to Coast Adventure - 2 Brothers, A Tent & No Rent

Описание: It feels like its been a while since we last filmed anything for the channel, and we do intend to continue with our regular carp angling media however for the last few years we’ve had an epic adventure planned for 2023, and as this trip approached we ditched the rods in preparation for our adventure.

Famous fell walker and author Alfred Wainwright needs no introduction, but despite his famous 214 fells of Lakeland, he also devised a route which takes you from the west coast of England to the east coast, totalling 192 miles, during Covid, myself and Matty whilst undertaking the 214 wainwright fells and mountains wanted a bigger adventure and a bigger challenge as well you know we wasn’t allowed to play out for a while.

So after many conversations around what we could do, we landed on this coast to coast route.
It starts at St Bees Head on the coast of the Irish Sea, where by tradition you dip your feet in the sea before embarking 192 miles across england, this includes the Lake District national park, the Yorkshire dales, the North York moors and finally descending into Robin Hoods Bay on the East coast and dipping your feet in the North Sea to finalise the walk.

I don’t need to say much more than that because hopefully this video will show the ups the downs, the highs the lows, and everything that our wonderful country has to offer.
This video was never about production quality as we only came equipped with a GoPro but more importantly, make no mistake this is a serious challenge and it was just about being present in the moment and actually completing it as it was about documenting it for the channel.
