Ingredients:
• 75g Hay
• Handful of Coriander (or any other herbs)
• 1 Banana
Method
• Blend hay until it is as small as possible (I did this in 3 batches in my blender)
• Blend a handful of coriander & 1 banana with a little water
• Add to your hay & mix together, gradually adding more water until you have a mixture that is moist but sticks together
• Line your dehydrating rack with baking paper. You can either roll into balls or press the mixture into a cookie cutter (make sure it’s packed as tightly as possible)
• My treats took 9 hours to dehydrate on 60° as they are quite thick, but keep checking every couple of hours until they are completely dry.
If you don’t have a dehydrator you can also dry out in an oven if you can get the temperature to around 60°
• Store in an airtight container, they can last a couple of months as long as they are dried out thoroughly.
