Recently upgraded HP350 G1 with new Kingston UV300 120GB SSD. The new drive gives much more performance, removes vibrations and noise. Most important, speed increase feels significantly
My advice - don't waste your life and upgrade your laptop with SSD now. It costs only $40 on Amazon or eBay.
If needed you can additionally buy 4GB of RAM (but it works flawless with 4GB also).
Update 2016-08-03: there are serious problems with UV300 firmware for SUV300S3. Some laptops can't work, install Windows, issues with hard disk errors. This SSD should be purchased with possibility to return it (old laptop chipsets does not work with them).
