Today let’s make the Easy Tiki interpretation of Oriol Elias’ Señor Diablo, which is a modern riff on the Trader Vic’s classic, El Diablo.

Let’s do this!

RECIPE
Señor Diablo
1 oz (30 ml) Blanco Tequila
1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Joven Mezcal
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Blueberry Syrup*
1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Ginger Syrup
1 barspoon Hot Honey Syrup**
1/2 oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
1.5 oz (45 ml) Club Soda

Garnish: Mint sprig

*Blueberry Syrup
1/2cup water
1cup sugar
1cup blueberries

**Hot Honey Syrup
3/4cup honey
1/4cup water
2tsp red pepper flake
1tbsp Franks Red Hot sauce
