Guide to the TIE - Final steps, appointment checklist, and Recogida

I'm making a series of videos as guides for new Auxiliares de Conversación (Language and Culture Assistants). Although my experience and respective advice mostly applies to those coming in through the Spanish Ministry of Education's North American Language and Culture Assistants program, and even more specifically, those candidates from the United States, it can also be used as a foundation for those who do not match my particular situation, whether in a different program, from another country, or placed in some other region.
