🔥 Crispy No-Oil Chicken Fry in Air Fryer | Healthy & Tasty! 🔥
Looking for a healthy chicken fry recipe without oil? This air fryer chicken fry is crispy, delicious, and perfect for weight loss! 🍗💪 No deep frying, no excess oil – just pure flavor!
✅ Ingredients:
✔️ 200g Chicken (boneless or with bone)
✔️ 1 tsp Chili Powder
✔️ ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
✔️ ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder ( optional )
✔️ 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
✔️ 1 tbsp Curd/Yogurt (optional )
✔️ Salt to taste
✔️ 1 tsp Lemon Juice
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Place the chicken in the air fryer
4️⃣ Increase temperature to 200°C for the last 6 minutes and wait
5️⃣ Serve hot with mint chutney or salad.
🍽️ Calories per serving: ~120 kcal (depends on chicken type).
