Ingredients:- for marination
Shrimp/Prawns - 250 grams
Salt - ½ tspn
Black pepper powder - ½ tspn
Red chilli flakes - ½ tspn
For prawns fry:-
Oil - 2 tbsp
Marinated shrimp / prawns
For making fried rice:-
Oil - 4 tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Onion chopped - 1 small size
Spring onion white chopped - ¼ cup
Carrot chopped - ½ cup
Yellow bell pepper - ½ cup
Beans chopped - ½ cup
Capsicum chopped - ½ cup
Cabbage chopped - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - ½ tspn
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Cooked rice - 1 big bowl
Spring onion green - ½ cup
