Do you stand up in your backswing and lose posture at the top? Most golfers think it’s a swing flaw, but it’s actually a spinal control issue.
In this video, I explain why losing posture happens when rotation is not coupled with proper side bend (lateral flexion). If your lead shoulder works across and up instead of down and under, your head lifts, your chest rises, and contact becomes inconsistent.
