Описание: I wrote this song some years ago with Tommy Makem (and by extension, The Clancy Brothers) in mind. I have loved their music for a very long time and hoped to achieve a similar sound with "Over the Horizon'. While I had the music and lyrics, I wanted some nice footage to accompany the song. I saw John Eagle's drone footage on Youtube and thought it was a perfect fit. Unfortunately, John passed away in 2018, but his brother Martin, very kindly gave me permission to use John's footage of trawlers coming and going out of Castletownbere Harbour featuring Ardnakinna lighthouse. I am also very grateful to Sean Moroney at "The Fisher's Voice" (http://thefishersvoice.com/) for providing me with footage and photos. Through video documentaries, The Fisher's Voice aims to give a voice to the Irish seafood industry and his footage of the flotilla at Cork Harbour and the boats tied up in Kilmore Quay was ideal.
