As an fyi to anyone gotta make an exclusion via windows or else it will NOT work. If you got a "dll mod not found" windows security virus and threat protection Virus & threat protection settings "manage settings" exclusions "add or remove exclusion". Then find the folder where you have silent hill 3 downloaded
