Got another heroes at my disposal - Den'Targ and later Kargath Bladefist.
0:41 Mission Start!
We will find Kargath quickly, with single Blacksmith building and Lumber Mill with bunch of Trolls. I don't have to worry about those - it will not be attacked.
I could go right away at enemy base - but i would be very crazy by doing that. Heroes are powerful, but not invincible - and must keep them alive.

How they survived without military buildings, i don't know.
But it doesn't matter, i must prepare to fight Bonechewers - the right side of map belongs to enemy. Chop, chop time.
18:00 Guard Towers everywhere.
25:13 Knocking toward base
Also i will see sometimes in later missions that workers will gather to severely damaged building and... instead repairing it, they will do nothing.
AI issues?

That enemy will prioritize killing Heroes above else - either Den'Targ or Kargath dies, it's mission failed. And i don't have way to heal them - with exception of Teron Gorefiend (through Death Coil).
