Hi everyone! This is the recipe for my Circus Birthday Cake Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
13 tablespoons room temperature butter (cut into small squares) (this equals to 1 stick of butter plus 5 tablespoons of another stick)
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoons of salt
1/2 cup rainbow 🌈 sprinkles
1 cup marshmallows
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 bag of frosted circus animal cookies
YIELDS 24-26 cookies 1/4 cup measurement used
