⭐ FULL PANEER TIKKA RECIPE (Step-by-Step)
🧀 Ingredients Needed:
For the Marinade:
thick curd (hung curd or Greek yogurt)
gram flour (besan) – roasted
ginger-garlic paste
red chilli powder
Kashmiri red chilli powder
turmeric
roasted cumin powder
garam masala
chaat masala
lemon juice
mustard oil (for smoky flavour)
mix achar ( pickle)
Salt to taste
For the Skewers:
paneer cubes
cup onion petals
cup capsicum (red, green, yellow)
cup tomatoes (thick cubes)
tbsp oil or butter

⭐ Instructions:
Step 1 — Prepare the Marinade
In a large mixing bowl, add thick curd, roasted besan, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.
Mix everything well until smooth, creamy, and lump-free.
Step 2 — Coat the Paneer and Veggies
Add paneer cubes, onion petals, capsicum, and tomato pieces.
Gently mix so everything gets coated evenly with the marinade.
Cover and rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour for best flavor.
Step 3 — Skewer the Tikka
Take metal or wooden skewers.
Arrange paneer and vegetables one by one – onion, paneer, capsicum, paneer, tomato, paneer, and so on.
Step 4 — Cook the Paneer Tikka
You can cook it in any method:
🔥 Tawa Method:
Heat butter/oil, place the skewers, and cook on medium flame. Keep rotating until golden and charred.
🔥 Oven Method:
Bake at 200°C for 15–18 minutes. Brush with oil halfway.
🔥 Grill Method:
Grill until the edges get smoky and charred.
