In this video we talk about some of the most annoying NON-EX units in OPBR history. These characters may not be EX units, but they definitely made league battles extremely frustrating to play.
From Alber deleting units with one skill, to Oden refusing to die inside the treasure, these characters gave many players a hard time in One Piece Bounty Rush.
This list is based on my personal experience playing league battles during different metas in OPBR. Some of these units were extremely strong during their time, while others were just pure pain to deal with.
