Life in Germany as a Filipino- American. In this video, I’m spending a slow winter day in Wiesbaden, starting at Café Maldaner and ending at Museum Wiesbaden.
Wiesbaden feels especially calm in the colder months. I visit one of the city’s most historic cafés, Café Maldaner, and share what I ordered, including an Apfelstrudel that instantly became one of my go-to desserts in Germany.
Afterward, we explore Museum Wiesbaden, known for its Old Masters, Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) collection, modern and contemporary works, and natural history exhibits.
If you’re visiting Wiesbaden in winter or already living here and looking for something quiet and cultural to do, this is one of my favorite ways to spend the day.
