Christmas is over and we are ready to embark on a new year. We celebrate Christmas because Jesus came to earth. The greater celebration is what happened as a result of His coming. The prophet Isaiah gave the people details of His future that no one could understand at His birth. Let’s look at the details Isaiah provided and see how Jesus fulfilled each one and what this means to us.
Yes, Christmas is over. But the wonder, the hope and the power of this gift remain. It remains because it is true. And because it is true the Gift of Christmas will go on in the New Year and throughout all eternity.
