Prince Edward Island in Canada is home to some of the best oysters in the world and I attempted to scour the island to find the very best. From Raspberry Point oysters to Green Gables oysters and Malpeque oysters, to Dukes, Savage Blondes, Blackberry bay, Red Head Select, South Lake, Sand Dunes, Little Willy's, Island Kiss, Shipwreck and so many more. I got to visit with oyster farmers, learn how oysters are farmed, I learned to shuck oysters, learned a few ways to cook them from oyster po' boys to grilled oysters with bacon jam and black garlic cream sauce and more.
