I have been wanting to do his for a while, but yes.... 90 mph is rapid!
Great fun - although Not sure I would fancy Mark Wood or Jasprit Bumrah firing these rockets into your ribs, and changing the length and speed.
Please please don't try this yourself without a coach and proper safety gear. Even though we can set the length to full, it does still move around a lot at high speed, tailing in, getting fuller and back of a length
