Everything about Divination Card Scrying changed in patch 3.29 - now instead of being tied to the Nameless Seer, there's an itemized Scrying Orb for each map.

In trade league, there's one best choice for map to scry (unless the economy transforms mid league)

In SSF, there's much more to it and you might change scry target multiple times.

Unique Item rarity community estimates (please note: T0 means 'unbelievably rare', T5 'very common', the T1 to T2 gap and the T4 to T5 gaps are small, the T0 to T1, T2 to T3 and T3 to T4 gaps are ENORMOUS):

I personally suspect relative rarities to be 1:5:10:60:280:400 (so for every one Mageblood that drops, there's 5 Arakaali's Fang, 10 Aegis Aurora, 60 Cold Iron Point, 280 Geoffri's Crest and 400 Honourhome) but this is personal speculation only.
