We put our bike,board and dive loadout to good use on this trip! Busting out the @Super73 bikes any chance we got to buzz around Encinitas while capitalizing on fun surf all North County.
The destination for this trip was San Elijo State Beach in Encinitas CA, one of the few great surfing meccas of the US. This campground is one of the best spots to stay and surf, with tons of great breaks, endless places to grab a bite and a drink, and one of the best local grocery markets in America - Seaside Market, right across the street with everything you could possibly need.
This place is not a secret, but securing a spot here can be pretty tricky. If you stay longer than two days, you’ll have to move around a couple of times at least. Regardless, this place’s value is unrivaled in the region, and it has some of the best waves right out front.
